Gamecomander, you gotta chill the fuck out. This addon was uploaded 7 fucking years ago. No shit it may just be broken. Fix your attitude and maybe the creator will actually fix their stuff.

Who knows what happened really, but I've heard it was the original creator who did it as a revenge, because he did not get paid after his content.

I tested the addon in my Gmod, and I did not have any problem with the fall damage sounds.
Maybe you have an addon which is make this issue for you. I think you need to reinstall the
game, or searching for the addon what makes this bug.

Thanks and it is a nice addon. Perhaps if you are continuing to do projects like this related to CoF, you could create Simon pain sounds if you are capable of doing so, It would fit well with the fall damage you included in this addon and such. Just an idea I think would benefit this addon and some other people's wants.
