USSR YOU IDIOT USSR! Not USRR. And if you have problems simply use CCCP or SSSR. Which originates from Russian Сою́з Сове́тских Социалисти́ческих Респу́блик Soyúz Sovétskikh Sotsialistícheskikh Respúblik. What the hell is USRR? Is That French? No! They call it that way L’Union des républiques socialistes soviétiques or URSS.

This mod only works when you have the country event "has_country_flag = SOV_soviet.48_trotsky" - which is triggered by the fourth international by not doing the great purge and september '38 an event fires. Now this may be the same in the Trotskys return mod but I'm unsure.

All you have to do is not do the great purge, wait for the fourth international and an event fires (soviet.48) where you can choose between a minor or a major civil war - minor choice brings back Trotsky and kills Stalin.
