I wouldn't know. The model uses the $selfillum parameter for the lit up parts on the Belt. maybe it can be turned off via console command, otherwise you would have to edit the vmt file for the specific model part

For some reason the belt that goes across the chest is glowing in the dark. Is there a command in the console that can fix this?

i unpacked the .gma and removed $selfillum from kva_hazmat_loadouts_col.vmt and that seemed to fix it
