so, I downloaded all the shadow of mordor things and it seems that none of them work

cant spawn, cant open the thing, none of that, just says ERROR

Yeah I've investigated for Joosh and I found that "body 3" is almost completely identical to "legs 3" yet the normal mapping for "body 3" clearly shows the correct texture meant for it.
I think you need to do some REsortting and correct that little goof-up.
Just so you know.

It seems the textures for Prak don't work, at least for me. Any chance you could fix that?

Lol, I'm just practicing with Blender right now and I was/still am working on the same thing. Is this bodygrouped? Honestly I think the model looks cooler without all the oversized armour.

A neat idea would be too implement bodygroups for more variety in Uruks. Most of the higher ranked Uruks had armor, and the weaklings had very little plate or cloth armor.
