Causes several visual glitchs. Isaac stop moving his feet and the Mask appears and dissapears many times per second when picked up.

Well it is a 5 damage up, thats enough to carry you to the end of the game. Contract is 2 hearts and thats a 2 damage up iirc.

@Big Boss maybe a whole heart would be unbalanced ... a speed down every floor or a luck down would fit more

Honestly it needs a drawback, like you lose a heart container every floor. Or something

If you would make the Item look more like an Isaac item, make it a reference instead of a direct carbon copy, and make the item less OP (Such as normal tears but the occasional moon which has its own gravity and 1 hit K.O.s, a 2 damage up, or a whip like tear modifier).

Personally I think It needs a bit of a unique power to it(Maybe on occasion a mini moon falls on the current strongest enemy in the room),as it is basically a version of Abaddon without the redheart to blackheart thing.
