do you know your mod is broken or not? i want to try it later

Hi Dixie Normous, have you tried placing it in different areas ? To be honest I haven't played Ark in ages so there is a possibility the Devs have changed something in the update but this is the first i've heard about placing issues so i'm not sure, hopefully it was just the area you were trying to place but there is always a possibility it could be broken =(

Hai, so I installed this mod, and it's all groovy, trying to put down the wood spoiler, and it shows green, so I think im'good to go, but it won't let me place it..any idea why?

Yeah I can't let anyone beating me to the idea stop me from trying to achieve my visions, even if they are sometimes a bit crazy lol. To be honest I had already thought something similar wondering what models like tree trunks and rocks I could use for storage, likely I wont pursue that one now haha

I know that feeling. Yesterday evenning i had the idea to make mod with hidden chests in foundations. Today i looked trough the workshop and somebody gor real uploaded a mod that adds hidden storages in foundations at 20min before 1am

Cool i'll check it out, i've been really enjoying playing with unreal engine so far though no doubt some ideas I come up with to try will be already done by others before me, but for me half the fun is learning how to create and bring to life the ideas that quite often come to me at the wrong times like right when I should be trying to sleep xD

Maybe you can try my mod "GHG Stacks" its a stack which also adds a charcoal baker and meat spoiler (and a little bit more but not much). Just an idea

Thanks I wasn't trying to insult anyone making my project, but just improve to my own taste, audio I wanted to hear, matching textures etc, it was one of the early mods I had a go writing and thanks for acknowledging my other content, ah I called it WoodSpoiler, the wood spoiler was actually what prompted me to do this project, I was sitting with a friend on his barge while he was burning campfire after campfire of wood so we could make gunpowder and go cave exploring.

I know i know. And i respect you for changing the color. (Im too bad for changing colors or making meshes). Just wanted to say that :)

Akardia the mods I make are things I enjoy, or improvements I like to use on my server. In this case different audio, different texture and retaining the orginal idea of a scaled down grill, which is the only "simple copy" you will find here. It is not a complex mod to create.

This one has a wood spoiler for charcoal.

Is there any reason to use this mod instead of original

Cheers DizZzy, yeah I appreciate the fact its a larger size, mostly better quality audio I fear. Something I ended up turning down in the volume afterwards so as not to be too intrusive. Feedback appreciated and i'll bear it in mind on my future projects.

the file size on this is pretty obscene given the meat spoiler is less then 10mb. Id consider using if it was smaller.
