In the actual game, these red parts are so small difficult to see. Better off obvserve for moving shadow like usual :c

I deleted my 'not working' comment.
I just realized that "parasites" are the smaller enemies that grab onto you.
(new player here)

Using the [Parasite Swarms] challenge I was able to see that this is working correctly and also works together with [Bright Parasite].

If 'Shader Detail' is set to 'low' the effect is hardly noticeable. I'm ok with it, just sayin because some people here mentioned it doesn't work.
