RICO is a mod that let you plop assets (res, com, ind etc) that usually is spawns based on your zoning. You can take basically any asset and make it RICO enabled.

I don't know if I'll release them as residential assets. I spend waaaay to much time hating the asset editor as it is.

Love that these are RICO enabled low res/parks. Excellent decision.
