Just one thing needs to be added to this to make it perfect. It needs to slow down the game like it did in RoR.

The shots scale of a portion of the player damage and it synergies with some items. I'll do some more testing later to see how it goes with some combos (like brimstone or lasers)!

I would just change the sprite. I know it's from Risk of Rain, but it doesn't really fit Isaac's graphics. It should resemble the original one, but look more like Isaac items. ;)

The only thing i would change about this item is that it should cost three hearts instead of two, because in Risk of Rain, it was a REALLY rare item. The item works really good though :3
