Anyone know why this is created in Unity instead of a simple video loop? Doesn't seem to have any interactivity or dynamic rendering to necessitate something as extreme as Unity.

there are several types of wallpaper that wallpaper Engine supports, and unity 3D is one of them
it is an application made by the engine of unity 3D, of course it is an EXE.

the warrning jumps out everytime you try to use an EXE format wallpaper, not only this one.

and for the record, this wallpaper is one of the best that i can found.

just got so surprised that why such a good thing didn't got much downloads.
