@Pdguru man, "Irtysh" is not really company. Due to some decisions, there's a monopoly on the market of railway services in Russia, and "Irtysh" is just a name for a train that's operating between Novosibirsk and Omsk.

Repaint of TVZ 61-4177 in the colors of the "Irtysh" company operating the 400 mile line Novosibirsk - Omsk.

The car is available from 1999 to 2004 and from 2004 until 2007
