I don't think you properly understand what this is. This is an addon that nullifies the user's ability to cause harm in noclip mode. What you're talking about disables noclip completely. If you're going to try and suggest something otherwise, please know what you are talking about first.

Dude there's an option for this
and its called Noclip you just toggle that one option to do the job

What's the default value for the conVars?
