I think the savanna skin is getting overwritten by the default skin on the savanna mod you link, is anyone else having an issue with the savanna skin getting overwritten?

the savanna skin is being replaced by a "water and power services" skin. I dont think its from a mod i have, is this default? can i get rid of it somehow seeing as i have no idea what mod i have downloaded would have a skin like this?
