Nice to hear that you're trying to port pip to sfm.

I tried porting a model from a unity game to sfm and that was not really going that great.
So i know what a hell it can be.

BTW In case you're interested there's a quite simple technique for making custom proportions that I've used a couple of times: it consists of detaching the joints and relocate them in the desired position (tho you have to make some adjustments to the QC file as well).
All credits go to "Thundery Steak" for porting it.
I just forward-ported it into Garry's Mod and made it into a playermodel.
SFM version of Pip IS in the works but I'm getting hammered down with ton of issues generating the VTAs
