Unfortunately all I can edit is the amount of it.
Great mod though, i love it.
This mod just makes dust larger than vanilla.
I guess it is compatible.
As I tested, fps reduced by 3~4 in ultra battle.
I'm using sweetFX [sfx.thelazy.net]. I didn't touch its setting.
I don't know if this will help you, and I don't know if it's just me, but it appears there is some sort of mod limit for this game. I was having a similar problem to you, only I had it all the time with many different mods. A mod that should not be causing any conflict would inexplicably crash my game, even if I had been using it properly.
I could be wrong, as it seems like I should be hearing more about this if it were a thing, but adding more than 70~ or so mods to my game seems to make it crash regardless of what the mod is.
Thanks for the support!
Would you delete both mods and reinstall? I checked details with PFM, but the mods don't interfere with each other.
If you mean this mod , I'm using it too but no problems.
I guess it's incompatible with something else.
I'm using sweetFX [sfx.thelazy.net]
Yes. I just removed only shining part.
still some effect works.
As I tested, fps reduced by 3~4 in ultra battle.
I'm using i5-660, GTX 1060 6GB.
I'm using that too but nothing problem.

As I tested, fps reduced by 3~4 in ultra battle.
@Pimp Attitude
I'm from korea.
@Ramyam
Thanks for your feedbacks. I understand what you mean.
I thought snow particle effect is awkward that is shining even in the night or shady area.
But you have a point. I will desaturate it if I can.
I'd rather remove the dust effect and exhange it somehow to more mud splashing effect if possible for the more damp area maps
