Pretty sure this is missing a few assets: DK-P Path Concrete 4x4/2m? & Soldyne's Iron Fence 4x4? or something along those lines, will confirm in a little while

@nmvitale nah, no Kwik Trip gas station for me. They aren't in my region, so if I were to make a gas station, it would be one that I frequent and not one that I go to once or twice a year. And I have done a gas station, I didn't really enjoy it.

@huffiepuff my "current project(s)" would take another year to finish. I've got as many unfinished and currently working on assets as I've got uploaded assets. That being said, I have no motivation to do a library. If "library" was an actually thing on CS and functioned as such then maybe so.

KingLeno you never reply to me...but I had some great suggestions. I had noticed that there's really no medium/small American libraries, like the kind you would see in a town or a medium sized city. All the libraries are gigantic in the workshop.

Um, I hope to see something like that after your current project :\ if you got one.

@joeymozzer no idea why it isn't showing up with RICO. It works with my local copy, and I've reuploaded it twice today, and it doesn't show up for me when I subscribe to it.

What i forgot, since this is a level 2 building. I just plopped it but forgot i didn't have Control Level Up installed anymore, so it upgrade itself to something else. @joeymozzer just use either Find It or Search Box Mod. Pause the game. Search Applebee's or what ever...plop it. Then zone that plot commercial. Now that asset will grow there.
