Update: So the fishing boat thing works if Community Patch is on, but doesn't work as you say without it. I'm working on that bug, and make balance changes as needed.

However, when I tested it, my Blue Collars were able to build Fishing boats.

Hi. I played with this several times and I like it,
Still it's horribly strong.

First of all, it can adopt policies very quickly due to free Monument in Capital(by UA).
Because of that it can also gain a free Worker/Settler by adopting Citizenship,
And discovering Mining make it two(almost same time or little earlier than Citizenship).
That means the player can have the second city(or to the third if you want) without population loss, nor production loss in early phase.

UU is also a very efficient Worker with no terrain cost,
I can build Pyramids always comfortably.

Since it can secure the territory early and easily,
Neighbor Civs attacks easily too,
But it's not so tough to defend for purchasing free Walls on the border cities(by UA).

Oh, I almost forgot this.
Somhow "UU may build Fishing Boats" doesn't work.
However it doesn't matter to win the game, because it's strong enough.

It's pretty amusing Civ, though I think actual traits are too many and powerful.

Thank you. When use a foreign language in Korea, we mostly use the pronunciation of the word. (Ex: Hoto Cocoa = Hoto Cocoa) It is good to be a note. (Some of these sentences have been translated into Google Translator. Reading may not be smooth... sorry... Im not very good at English).

And there is no error in the grammar itself. However, I am only fixing a part that is not smooth for reading. and thanks for you MOD :)

잠깐 해봤는데 되게 강력하네요. 자유타서 피라미드 먹고 정책 열면 서민이 넷인데다가 정책 효과로 서민 생산속도 50% 증가... 단점이 있다면 완전히 내정형 문명이라 어그로가 끌리면 답이 없네요. 특히 초반에 센 깡패들이랑 주변에 있으면 답이 없습니다. 여담으로 서민이 위인 취급이라 야만인한테 잡히면 증발하는것도 단점이라고 뽑을 수 있겠고요.
