20 hours running on three machines, building gets placed and no issue with cars tripple or double parking. If tripple parking happens, I can promise you it is not this asset as markers are not overlapped. Thanks for letting me know.

Hmm, I checked it out and it seems the asset has dissappeared from my game. I restarted and everything but its gone it seems, despite the fact that I redownloaded it as well.

Ok, found nothing wrong with the parking markers, so I deleted all parking markers saved the asset, exited game, reloaded and set new parking markers and uploaded Could you place a new clenic and see if this resolves the issue you are having?

This is a beautiful clinic. The only thing I noticed something wrong is the asset has a thing about more than 3 cars parked in one spot. I've seen multiple cars clipped in one space together and it looks odd. That in my opinion is just one thing I noticed that can be fixed, but the rest of the building works like a charm.
