You should use some of it on the greatswords
They have the hats already much more than vanilla.
Reiksguard horses should have headgear. It'll be fixed soon.

Right now your chosen looks 10 times better and scarier than him and even the basic marauders looks more impressive.
Please turn off other mods and run this again.
p.s. Also I installed unique empire states mod. Does this affect to your mod so no floppy hat mod do not work properly?
