@brock this mod isnt causing that its AlwaysVoid doing it anyway heres how to fix it
BUG: Breaks Mega Satan character unlocks
you can use mod config menu to disable void after mega satan or disable the mod if u need the unlock before fighting mega satan

btw the key piece spawn is now at the top of the room for alwaysvoid compatibility now

Do you have any of my other mods as I know that the alwaysvoid mod will disable the completion marks on mega satan as it is a weird workaround

Hey, I just finished a run with Lost and needed a satan, lamb and mega satan completion marks and I got it for satan and lamb but once I killed mega satan I got no achievement/completion mark. Could this be because of the mod? Tho I did die the first time on mega satan and got a revive with Guppy's collar but I'm pretty sure I respawned as Lost because I was careful not to pick up any items for transformation resurrections.

i tried it and mega satan was invisable and at the end of the fight there was no chest or void portal and when i closed the game and continued the run i was stuck in the upper left corner and was not able to shoot o_O

Ummm, you still fight Isaac and Satan if you do those. Plus if you added it to booss rush the key piece would actually effect the balance, since it makes angel rooms more likely, which doesn't matter after the Womb 2.

I feel like you should add it to boss rush and/or hush.
and make it so you can only get one from ??? and the lamb,so if you went to hush or boss rush you can always fight Mega Satan.

the item should be spawning around the player so it depends pm where you are in the room

Oh no, it's spawning in the corner of the room. Like I said, the mod works like a charm, it just looks a little odd since I'm used to seeing item pedastals appear more toward the center of the screen. XD Sorry for being confusing.

is it spawning on top of the ending chest?

Works like a charm, the spot where it appears is kind of odd but I don't know if there's anything you can do about that considering the ending chest is there.
