The original map was made for CSS, so i assume so. You can look up CScheater online if you need the content.

Made it myself by editing some lua and image files. Was based off my original steam avatar until I started changing it.

Takes time to learn where everything is, but after that its easy to do in around a couple hours with the right tools.
