I don't even have an PGA33X6 in my part collection in this puzzle. How do I get one?
With my current parts this seems impossible to solve.

I've been looking for a way to implement a full adder using one PGA33X6. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. This is going to be very useful in optimising other puzzles.

Im not good in english, but the information about the puzzle is a little bit... weird. "chould equal the ones and twos digits"???

I finally solved this one in 6. You need one extra part in addition to the PGA

Definitely trickier than appears.
I'm not an expert in EE, but I don't think it can be solved in 5€, I keep needing 7 minterms.
