This works fine in Repentance.

This is actually a really novel and interesting idea! Very nice! Though I'd recommend making it a passive item instead, as it might be just a tad OP as a trinket. Hard to say, though. I like it either way!

The bonus does not reset if the next floor isn't cursed unless you drop the trinket and pick it back up.

Tested entering the caves I that had the unstable effect gained from quarry mod and I was also holding mom's box.

Trinkets don't spawn properly at the moment, I'm afraid.

I've seen a bunch of trinkets and even emptied the entire trinker pool but never saw this item.

Think of it as a backup if you don't find the cursed horn

Maybe it should give a tears up also, because even with the speed it's sorta just a gimped cursed horn.

Cursed horn gives 2 damage, this item gives the same but isn't guaranteed due to reliance on curses.

Maybe +2 DMG is a bit too much?
