Mod doesn't add new rooms, just changes main menu. How to fix it?

Crashes when i try to start a run only mod installed is this one.

Actually managed to beat that with BFF, Sac Dag and Satanic Bible, cool mod!

I believe that you need to restart your game, otherwise it won't update room files. That's actually pretty cool though, thanks for pointing that out.

Ok, so strange things start happening. bosses started appearing again even with the mod disabled from the basement 2 II and onwards. also every boss room is double trouble. strangely the rooms became somewhat normal in the middle of caves II, suddenly boss rooms stopped appearing. In the caves were some boss rooms and some normal rooms. I havent seen any boss rooms since and I am now in the womb.

So I disabled your mod and the items still showed up in the starting room, treasure room and others while other rooms with enemies were normal and achievements were enabled. Kinda useful actually.
