Hey @luminou I've noticed even with DLC choppers only land and take off from a helipad marker set for a fire station. They don't do that however for police or medical services unless you cgange the UI to the helicopter field that came with the dlc. Weird thing is though dont recall they actually release corresponding ambulance or police cruisers as well. Guess CO still needs to fix that. Anyways cool building bro.

The basic structure of the building makes actually 4x4, I just enlarged her in 12x12 when I imported him
Not having installed the Natural Disasters DLC, I cannot confirm you that the helipad works (i hope probably yes!)

Looks pretty cool @luminou.... the structure itself looks like its 4x4 so is the remaining 12x12 footprint the park surrounding it? Also noticed helipad.... is it active with Natural Disasters DLC?
