I want a Hank Hill Familiar for this.
It just fits. I want the hank to shoot confusing "beer" shots that have a soy milk damage multiplier
(to make it seem like it's just for the stat effect)

@T-Tron you can test it yourself, but i assume that if you have tears, then tractor beam will nullify the effect of this item. However if you have brim or tech ot fetus, then the effect would still be present
