No. You can normally press E to pick up the turret, It bugs out for me. It will be like a static prop, (cant move or anything) and totally unmovable in the ground. I will reinstall it and I will see what happens.

I don't think you can just press 'E' on a turret and pick it up, im pretty sure you have to use your phys gun, though I am testing on sandbox

Okkkk, but everytime I knock the turret on the floor, it will go in the ground and I cant pick it up. This occured while play HL2 maps and it was in Nova Prospekt.

The models hitbox is unchanged from the default model so some parts of the turret will simply go through objects because they don't have a hitbox.

It doesn't have sound files at all, it will use the HL2 turret sounds, which means that there will be no "Are you still there" or "Goodbye" from the turret.

make sure you actually have HL2 legit and mounted and I recommend you don't sub to the turret re-model and the HL2 collection re-model at the same time
