How do i get this map to work?

Hi i had the same problem downloading the map. For some reason, it appeared in game 2 days after i subscribed. The downloading progress is stuck at 0% and then randomly it finishes... However, you can also get the map by right clicking on this page, copying link URL and then copy pasting that into a steam workshop downloader website (just google steam workshop downloader) and then moving the map file into your map folder.

Cities in Motion 2 (CIM2) workshop hasn't worked for a while. You can download the maps manually however. If you google a steam workshop downloader, then use this map's workshop URL, it will download the .MAP file for you. Then you can place it into your CIM 2 install: /...Cities in Motion 2/CIM2_Data/Data/Maps/

Workshop maps are available then

I have that problem with like everything, it works for me if i restart my game a couple of times and then i have all of my maps

Hi, i have tried subscribing to the this map (and others) on another computer and have found i have the same problem, the maps don't show up in sandbox list....

I have no idea what the solution is. It seems the issue is a recent one as a result of some patch... The maps download but they don't show up in game! Hopefully developers will fix this problem soon, if not i can upload the map to a file sharing site and you can get it from there and place it in your maps folder.

Also, there is no DLC required for this map.

are there any dlc items in use? cause the city dont appear in the sandbox map list. :/

To see the map in game you need to subscribe to the map, wait for steam to download it, and in CiM2 choose to play in sandbox mode and select the map from list.

I have yet to create a scenario for this map so for now the only way to play this map is in sandbox mode. I recommend turning off growth (though i have placed markers so that playing with the setting on won't drastically change the city) and setting difficulty to expert.
