I do have modeling skills and am thinking of making some cool diners around here where I live. Just haven't gotten to it yet. Just was curious, I didn't know vanilla moved - totally missed it. Thanks for answering.

It is a vanilla prop. It doesn't need any mods. I believe there is a guide to make moving flags if you are thinking to do so

How does the flag move? object animation, flag params? I can't remember if I have any mod like this.

Thanks for the update! It's sad but at the same time, glad that I built this for CS! My wish left for it is that they get a good architect can design something repsectful to the 13 story building and neighborhood...

@khrysler the building has been fully flattened as the condo tower slowly moves ahead. At least they are saving the facade of the 13 story building!

Oh no...This is sad :( I wish I own a salvage business so I can at least save some architectural pieces from the building.
