I enable the mod but nothing happens. even after restarting isaac, the hud is still not there. (im playing on afterbirth+)

Just click suscribe and it'll download, then in the menu screen, select mods and make sure it's black, they all can be disabled or enabled with shift (for the dailies if you wanna play them).

You gotta have beaten mom's heart, if not, mods will disable your achievements.

Miss Anarchy Stocking I trade.tf Edmund has stated that he wants a way for purely aesthetic mods to not disable achievements, there's a tweet somewhere but that's his thoughts.

There should be a category for game modifiers, like if you spawn 50 damage boosters or pedestals, you don't get achievements, but I find it weird that I don't get achievements for just wanting to have an aesthetic HUD,

This is Antibirth's Missing HUD, not Missing HUD 2 unless I'm mistaken no?
