scale is definitely off, look at that dumpster, it's one floor height high

I don't think it's small or under-scaled. In SC4 it's a 1x2 tile building and he replicated that here.

It looks great, but may I suggest doubling the size? I've read that in SC4 each square is about 16m x 16m and here in C:S each square is about 8m x 8m.
