V its not that OP, its useful yes, but not OP. it would be OP if it has the Shield bash power of the Screen, or the resistance powers of the charge.

This is definetly a better name then Tide Turner.
Once I get one, I'll use the nametag I've been saving to rename it to this.
Now, I wanna make a Wheel of Fortune reference for the new description (once I get a tag), but I might instead make it "It's time to play the Feud! Wait...wrong game."

I like the idea of a shield weapon that charges way slower than usual, but refills automatically if you get a kill with the crit swing at the end of the charge. That'd be balanced and boss!

I think this should have a jigglebones effect. Where the wheel turns int he direction the players does then resets itself.
