You just create a folder with the files you want to replace and set the code to play yours instead. Download the mod and check the files if you want to see how its done.

Reinstallation is your best bet then. Try contacting the game's support if there are more issues, never seen a similar issue, so I can't be of much help.

yes well i still get the gulp sound but no other sounds and i have checked that the soundfiles exist in the game foulder it is just werry puzzling for me shouldnt a clean reinstalation bring everything back?

Try to have it be the only mod enabled and restart game. See if that fixes it, maybe its a compatibility issue with another mod?

the sound files is in the game foulder and i have checked all options im at loss i cant findany fix for my problem

The mod simply replaces narrator audio files, it doesn't handle implementation or how they play. There are issues with narration with the base game. Check your options just in case too.

It was one of the reasons I didnt want to do the intro, dont have the capacity to improve that without affecting the total result I am afraid, sorry for that.

It's working fine for me. Kinda hard to understand him at times. Some of the words in the intro get kinda mangled by whatever filters you put over the voice recording.
