I have myslef in single player game sort of edited the different countries of South America, aligned them with different factions and ideologies from the outset of the game, even auto researched som tech for them (pretty much done what's in you mod). All this by taging over to each and every country and doning it by console command.
As you can imagine this takes considerable time. So I'm very happy if there was a mod doing it for me.

I appreciate that Latin America becomes more relevant in the game. I also find it important that it's more relevant participation affect the different ideologies in a balanced fashion as not to alter the vanilla game relation of power too much.

I might consider doing an update for this as part of some other plans I have AI focuses. What parts are you interested in keeping.
