Yes Hunter, the new homes in Toorak and similar suburbs tend to be classic european styles, or modern interpretations of them - particularly Chateauesque/French Provincial or Georgian revival. Some modern homes do get built as well.

Yes, I do want to do an Inner city series in addition to the Toorak series, taking in the architecture of Fitzroy, Paddington, St Kilda and the like. Did you have something in particular in mind?

They look sort of a Georgian revivalism of some sort, Would you consider doing anything St Kilda?
