These mods are great - thanks, maniusprime! The Imperial armor and weaponry are by far the coolest in the game, its a pity that they're so weak.

I feel that as general of Skyrim's Imperial forces, Tulius should have better armor ratings. This is some badass armor, but it sucks compared to some higher end ones. Generals should have the best of the best right?

If you all want. I just made a mod that allow you to craft all Imperial armor minus Penitus and Tulius armors. If I add Tulius it will be to this mod.
