Craftable Penitus Armor

描述
I decided to make Penitus Armor craftable for those that want to where the black armor.
Mod change. This Mod now includes General Tulius Armor in the Misc. section of smithing.

*Note I changed Tulius Armor from it being heavy by default to being light

These mods are great - thanks, maniusprime! The Imperial armor and weaponry are by far the coolest in the game, its a pity that they're so weak.

I feel that as general of Skyrim's Imperial forces, Tulius should have better armor ratings. This is some badass armor, but it sucks compared to some higher end ones. Generals should have the best of the best right?

I'm loving it, but as GreyFox said could you do a heavy version that could also be crafted? That would just make this all the more awesome.
