I prefer the normal one. Looks like the mouth opens and a second one peeks out and opens, reveiling it's disgusting tentical.

JohnnyCasperJr you should have a rating for bad mods not just positive ones. You should use the :poop: emote or the rebirth version of it.

(Don't be offended by what I say, I'm just trying to help :D)
Here is my rating system:
:dip: Not that good of a mod, but kinda fun.
:reonion: I'll turn it on with some other mods.
:isaac: Not bad, a pretty decent mod.
:repill: Nice to have, and pretty handy.
:resmile: Great mod! Has lots of thought put into it!
:reheart: Amazing mod! One of the best i've ever seen, nice job!
:repenny: Full on mod! New characters, items, and floors! Best rating!
