I'd say go for it. The one in-game is nothing like this and this one fits the Medic's pallete a bit more nicely.

Choosing between the two his hard because both look similar to older hats. This one looks like a wiki cap and the other looks like the prussian picklehaube. But I would probably pick the other.

in style, i like this hat better then the other one, but i do think that the other hat fits the whole idea of a "field medic" more just my opinion, both hats are still really awesome though
