There are actually a few challenges I have right now that I may actually look into creating custom graphics for, and a few which will require some custom code.

#5 is definently one I might concider doing some stuff for, especially concidering I didn't quite like the way that one turned out.

There's no official tool yet, but I use the old binding of issac challenge maker for rebirth, create an XML file with it, then package it into a regular mod file.
