@The Joker thank you for your support it relly means a lot. Ive thought about making a minigun for the m60 and i plan on doing a mounted minigun replacement soon.

@Rex The Impaler. Excellent work. I've followed a few of your heavy weaponry mods for some time. You have done an amazing job. I advise you to continue with your streak of paying attention to m16/ak replacers, they are severely neglected when it comes to heavy weaponry. Ignore all these asshats demanding it be popped over the m60. if they want it so badly they can learn to hex edit which is probably the most simple of modding aspects.

Anyway I support your ideas and encourage you to continue in your amazing work.

If by any chance you've seen some of my commentary I always point out the neglect of a minigun replacer that is actually held correctly (the chainsaw grip). I mean its the zombie apocalypse who doesnt want a minigun. So there is an idea for future reference if you are looking for further heavy weapon replacer ideas over either smaller arms or the m60 itself. Have a great day!

@BLACKL3AD3R I just rip the sound files right from the game, they come out sounding high quality, maybe the person that made that mod used a sound recording from the game.

M60 does NOT suck and is FAR superior, but my superior knowledge isn't going to get anywhere here, its like arguing with a brickwall... still subbing cause I wanted something like this but the last time I found a MG42 for M16 it was garbage, good to see the modern MG3

Hi there, after seeing your mod I looked up MG42 for anything found an m60 one but it doesnt have sound so i made my first mod/vpk by getting the MG42 sound from the Cod2 IWI/WAV file. Just curious, how do oyu make the sound crisper? So it soudns like yours (like it was orginally in the game) rather than some janky pos re recorded? any advice would be much appreciated :D .

All you need is the knowledge how to use the M60 ingame. Well placed single shots make the M60 an awesome weapon
