I do quite like this mod quite a bit, but the D Infinity has now a much cooler icon than before. Are you intending to perhaps change your graphic for it? The base game sprite isn't as lazy anymore as it looked before.

Love the Mod, can i get a link to all the different sprite changes though? that picture shows a few, but is missing a lot too, and i dont know some of the items

When I said colorblind friendly a few days ago, I meant all the shapes are unique. So I can't confuse the syringes.

@Super-CollidingSuperButton- Oh, I know you added the patterns to them, I just think it'd be nice to give them different colors as well, since it's just weird that three of them are pretty much color-less.

@People Like Grapes thats why I added their flight pattern or how to trigger them. Some activate when Isaac gets hit, some orbit him, one follows his path, one follows the room layout.

Nontheless I think its not the BOI style to add the fly pattern to the item itself, but I didn't come up with a better way.

Do you think could change the colors on some of those flies? Like, it's annoying how there's three fly familiars that are just white. (I made a mod a while back that changed their colors, like green from the third orbiting fly to match up with the red and blue of the other two)

This mod is really well done but you should redo the example pictures because they're very hard to read. I'd just do two columns with a header "Old" "New" instead of the whole arrow thing maybe, not sure
