I think the whole reason that Stonies exist is so that they can shove you into danger, thus indirectly killing you.

New update makes them headless while the new puffing animation plays.
I'm guessing the Creator already knows, Just in informing everyone before they download.

Go to your documents/my games/afterbirth + mod and move the resource file from there to your steamapps/common/The binding of isaac rebirth. Then, disable mods in the main menu. I may have forgotten something, but it should work.
