Twacrs. I tried 5 difference reticles out there and with the same result. But now I have a conclusion, That if you using with default reticle it will work flawlessly. Thanks for the answer anyway :)

the reticle was made due to the small number of polygons in the model.

Pardon me. I really like this ACOG mod but after I sub. it. The scope view make the edge of optic looks square to me. Does this because of the reticle I choosed?

ps.all the settings are adjusted at High except Motion Blur that I turned off along ago.
ps.2 I'm using "iLag's ACOG Reticle (for Elcan/C79) [Version 3 Red BDC]" reticle.
