I think the people bellow took my words quickly.

They removed grenades after the game was in beta mode because threre were to many possible exploits. That's the same reason they removed the Demoman's TNT pack.

I think it should be like the Detonator but with shorter range, and more damage and bigger radius, and only 3 can be carried and cannot be refilled except at supply locker or respawn (More damage, Less times to deal it).

Hold up a sec. I know grenades were removed, but what if it acted like a splash damage flare? (See scorched shot.) It could do damage to Pyro if he gets too close to the blast, and if it needs to be balanced it could be made that it can’t be refilled (3 and 3 only, with the exception of supply lockers). This could work.

There was a reason you can't use the grenades on the pyro's suit:too overpowered. How? If you are getting chased ypu can just throw a napalm grenade.there were originally to be grenades for each class and for the same reason they didn't put it in tf2
