Hold down "C" to open the Context Menu, right-click the cosmetic and in the menu that appears, go to "Skins" and pick a color from the menu.

(Red, Light Blue, Orange, Blue, Purple, Green, Yellow, White)

When I use it the souls have black patches.

If you mean uploading this to the TF2 Workshop, I'd prefer not. If you mean making a cosmetic replacement for Gamebanana or something, that's fine as long as you give credit. (And a link so I can check it out! :D)

Well I don't think many do have the Heart Of Gold, including me. Which is why I'll make replacements for more common badges like the Mercenary Badge and so on.

I CAN turn this into a badge replacement mod on Gamebanana, so you can wear it in TF2.
