Try adding:
SWEP.VMPos = Vector(-1,-4,-1)
SWEP.VMAng = Vector(0,0,0)
to the .lua somewhere, and set the SightsPos/Ang to:
SWEP.IronSightsPos = Vector(-3.62, -7.87, 2.08)
Looks A LOT better. And you won't even have to fix the animation.

PROTIPS
the left arm holding the gun should come from the ground, not from the left or from outer space
you should always start by doing the final keyframe of the draw animation, make a really good pose and then go back to do it
duplicate the mag bone and call it mag ghost, makes doing reload animations 50% less painful since you don't have to fuck around with parenting and keyframes
