Problem appears to be resolved after the third attempt

If it was not instantly upon starting, I'm going to need the crash logs, or some hint of what appeared on-screen when it crashed, otherwise I have no information to go on. Assuming what you say is true, the Mr. Barczak the Merciless mod (Assuming I'm looking at the right one) should have no compatibility issues. The only thing I can think of is the crash associated with using a staff of fire to ignite things from a distance.

I checked only This mod and the Mr Barazca The Merciless Mods were installed

@SilverFire46 - At what point did it crash? If it was immediately upon the other joining, you might want to check your mod lists. Even one mod mismatch, or mod version mismatch, can crash. Otherwise, I'll need to know what the crash log says.

I was using the Mr Barazca (I may have spelled it wrong) The Merciless- Character mod is it incompatable?

The aggressive pose wielding a blade combined with her ear covering the R made me think her name was Astabya (I Stab Ya) at first. Really, considering the combat-oriented playstyle this seems to suit, that may as well be her name.

@CatC3 One that is still in early production, so early that a title hasn't been decided for it. Work on it is painfully slow, so I made this to get a bit more experience in other places (specifically the .lua that Don't Starve uses as well as how animations work) while I waited for some things to get done.

So what game is she gonna be released in? Sounds interesting.

My 3 hours of experience playing this character : 1. Get a fookin friend - really... you need someone to cook for you and get a good supply of resources
2.Dont play solo. i tried to play it solo and it really caught up to me... the hunger loss is just so brutal.
3.Dont be afraid to eat Cooked monster meat. It gives you 18 hunger -10 sanity and -3 HP your regen got you covered! And for sanity: The shadow creatures are extremely weak against you so they can fuck off
4. Kill those Koalephants! They are a weak foe against your 80 damage axe!

Tips: 1.Do the killing for your friend! With this character i was able to steamroll Vargs,6 angry beefalos,Deerclops,Pig village and i bet this character is able to steamroll other bosses as well!
2. Dont forget your logsuit! (really, just dont, that regen is effective but very slow)

My own opinion:
I think what makes this character great is that, that you can get power of 3-4 characters with just 2 players! You, and and your friend! that includes killing dragon fly and also a food consumption(sadly) i want to say that this character cant do solo. On my world which i played with friend we were lucky to find the "world set piece" with the ring of tier 3 spider dens. with this character i steamrolled Deerclops and he didnt even leave a scratch. But i also found the weak side of this character - CAVES. To be continued below!

You cant do much in caves because they dont have tham much food in store. So enslave your friend and tell him to smash those rabbit hutches. Bunnymen are great source of food as they drop Big meat and also carrots and they respawn after 1 day. So just build some walls around them and you are good to go! But yeah, i think that this character is flat out Overpowered. I would rate 8/10.
