@dilydaly123 - The shirt is a recolour of fullbodyc's, yes. I'm no artist, I admit.

@[LeGeNDa] - After editing textures, open VTFEdit again and use File --> Import, then Save As, to save them as a new .vtf file. The following two guides help explain what to then do with the new texture better than I could:

Texture files within have the file extension .vtf. After extracting these with GCFScape, they can be opened using VTFEdit, and exported to a more common format, such as .png, .bmp, or .tga:
