@Codbajun kinda of true. the designers of the game, mainly the writers, hoped that some of the civilians in city 17 spoke different languages because the Universal Union wanted to cause confusion among the citizens by pplacing them with those who cant understand the other.

they didnt have the time so they just made it canon that since America was filled with Xen wildlife, making it uninhabitable, they just displaced American citizens somewhere in europe/asia. i may be wrong, like i always am, so feel free to correct me.

Меня очень печалит озвучка в одном моменте... Когда баба какбэ намекает: "может нам надо чем-то заняться?". Я подхожу, поняв намек. Она же, поняв, что сказала что-то не то, сразу дает заднюю со словами: "простите, Фримэн". И как дальше жить? :/

Аддон ничего не делает кроме того, что заменяет звуки. Если игра крашится - дело не в самом аддоне.
